We chose the name Hikari, which means light, to symbolize its aim to become one of the world's leading developers of optical glass and related technologies.
Our technical capabilities are expanding rapidly as we position ourselves to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of the optical industry. We are also improving our quality control system, which encompasses research & development as well as manufacturing processes.
