Strip Glass
Strip Glass is formed when molten glass is poured into a Lehr that forms the size and shape of the glass. The long strip is then flame cut into individual pieces. Typically strip glass has rounded corners and "chill marks" from when the hot glass touches colder air.
Typical Sizes of strip glass are:
- Width: 120-160 mm
- Thickness: 15-60 mm
- Length: 100-360 mm
